About KWTH

Founded in 2015, Know Where To Hunt (KWTH) is a premier waterfowl hunting club in Washington State. Our mission is straightforward: connect responsible duck and goose hunters with exclusive access to private waterfowl hunting land across Washington.

We’ve built long-term, trust-based relationships with local farmers and landowners, allowing us to secure some of the most productive duck and goose hunting leases in Skagit County, Whatcom County, and throughout Western Washington. These partnerships ensure members have reliable access while landowners know their property is respected, cared for, and professionally managed.

To protect hunt quality and avoid over-pressuring fields, membership is intentionally limited each season based on the number of active leases. This approach delivers more opportunity, less competition, and a consistently better hunting experience for every member.

Our team is continually working to expand private hunting access, adding new farms and fields across Washington State. As KWTH grows, members and their guests benefit from increased opportunity to hunt high-quality waterfowl habitat in the heart of the Pacific Flyway.

Membership Benefits

A Know Where To Hunt membership provides season-long access to private duck and goose hunting opportunities across Skagit County, Whatcom County, and Western Washington.

  • Members may schedule one hunt at a time, ensuring fair and consistent access to all KWTH waterfowl leases.

  • Each membership includes the ability to bring one guest per hunt. Guests must be registered in advance and are limited to five hunts per season, unless the guest is the member’s child or grandchild under the age of 18.

  • Once your annual membership is active, you’ll receive secure login access to the KWTH members-only website. Inside, members can view detailed property maps, field notes, and access information for each private duck hunting lease.

  • Hunts are reserved and scheduled online, making it easy to plan ahead.

  • To keep opportunities open for everyone, members may only reserve one field at a time. This prevents fields from being locked down and ensures equal access across the club.

  • Our management team actively monitors hunting activity on all leased properties and schedules strategic rest days throughout the season. This approach reduces pressure, protects bird movement, and helps ensure KWTH remains a top-quality Washington waterfowl hunting club from opener to the final day.
